1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Unauthorized use, including automated scraping, hacking, or distributing malware, is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration
To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hampygifts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Products & Orders
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product colors, textures, or details will match exactly due to screen variations or natural product differences. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in your local currency (or INR by default) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at checkout via approved methods (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.). We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to locations within India and select international destinations (check at checkout). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Customization
Personalized hampers (names, messages, themes) are final once submitted. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided text (e.g., spelling, grammar). Custom orders may have longer processing times and are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds
Non-customized items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Customized or perishable items (e.g., food, flowers): Non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, and hamper concepts—is owned by Hampy Gifts or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
9. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or messages, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content in connection with our Services. You confirm that your content does not violate third-party rights or contain harmful material.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
